Contains important information regarding show rules and regulations, mandatory forms, deadlines and ordering services through official show vendors.

Staff Badge Registration

Each company receives three badges per booth. Please be sure to register all staff members requiring access to the show floor during set up and tear down.

- ASAP: Register your booth staff. Registration will open the first week of September (we have a new registration vendor and emailed instructions will be sent out)
  Note: Your password is the same one sent after you signed up, but feel free to reach out if you need help.
- ASAP: Order Sponsorships to ensure your brand stands out to top buyers.

- Start Now! Download the free promotional tools to promote your presence at IGES and drive traffic to your booth.
- Soon! Book your hotel. Housing will open sometime in September.
- By Sept 30: Submit Exhibitor Appointed Contractor Documentation for Sevierville, and/or Pigeon Forge.
- By Sep 30: Exhibitors must submit proof of insurance (COI—Certificate of Insurance) for Sevierville or Pigeon Forge.
- By Oct 1: Submit your food and beverage orders and sampling requests.
  - By Oct 1: Submit your food and beverage orders for Sevierville and/or Pigeon Forge. Please note: no outside food & beverage is permitted to be brought into convention centers.
  - By Oct 1: Submit your food sampling requests for Sevierville and/or Pigeon Forge.

YOUR EXHIBITOR ONLINE PROFILE

There are two tools designed to help you promote your brand:

1. Exhibitor Hub

Once you contract for your booth, you can update your company profile, register booth staff, upgrade your digital package, upload product photos, share show specials, upload press releases, and more. The information provided here will be reflected in the printed show directory and online vendor directory. Your information will sync with IGES Connect (Website + Mobile App).

How to Access the Exhibitor Hub

Visit https://iges2025.smallworldlabs.com/home or the button below.
Click the “Exhibitor Login” button
Click “Forgot Password?” to create a password
All exhibitors must create a new password for every show
Enter your email address and click “Submit” (the email must be the same one you contracted with)
You will receive an automated email with instructions to reset your password (be sure to check your junk/spam folder if you don’t see it)
Click “Reset Password” in the email
Create your password and click “Reset Password”
Return to the login page and log in with your email and new password
Once logged in, go to the Exhibitor Hub to begin updating your exhibitor profile
